Method & Verification
The published verifier was rerun on pinned Ainta and Gohms certificates, a float minimiser was checked against the verifier's Arb table, and the map Phi(c,m,p) was reconstructed from the two published data points, with later days adding a sorry-free bridge conditional on F6 >= c.

Case-log status is closed, bounded, in two halves, plus later Aristotle and Bridge days. Composite evidence stays measured because F6 >= c is an Arb run, not a Lean fact, even though seven_point_bound is sorry-free given that hypothesis. The laboratory had been quoting configuration ceiling 0.68185; the Lean development proves 0.6818286874638. Probe certificates at 1913/500000 are recorded as ceiling locators, not headlined as new records.
