A note-to-hue bijection makes hue distance a function of interval class only if it is affine, and over 21,772,800 canonical maps the circle of fifths is the unique Spearman argmax under three dissonance measures while the HSL wheel is not a metric 12-gon, so the correspondence is pretty but trivial.

Guiding Question
Does any bijection from Z_12 to twelve hue classes preserve a relation, metric, symmetry or spectrum that is not already a consequence of Z_12 acting on a circle?
Method & Verification
Every canonical bijection with f(0) fixed was scored against Spearman(hue distance, dissonance) under a random-permutation null, and the colour side was checked as a metric 12-gon with CIEDE2000, OKLCH, and equal-tempered light-frequency steps.

Editorial Notes
No RESULTS.md or HANDBACK at the pin. Question is the HuntSpec scalar. Headline filled from the case-log verdict PRETTY BUT TRIVIAL plus the exhaustive-search numbers in results_consonance.json (evaluated 21772800, fifths 0.609 Sethares, chromatic -0.730). Nothing here bears on RH.
