Finite Jensen degree acts on the Davenport-Heilbronn off-line pair as de Bruijn-Newman heat with t_eff = |x0|/(8d), landing at 0.097 percent from hunt #4's t*, textbook-degree scans are structurally blind, and a null control shows the clock reads zero configuration, not arithmetic.

Guiding Question
At what finite Jensen degree does hyperbolicity actually witness the Davenport-Heilbronn off-line pair, and is the finite degree itself a heat clock?
Method & Verification
The dictionary t_eff = |x0|/(8d) was checked against hunt #4's PDE landing times (0.097 percent on pair 1, 0.011 percent on pair 2) and against an arithmetic-free N-body null on a planted pair (0.094 percent).

Editorial Notes
No HuntSpec or HANDBACK at the pin. Question filled from MISSION.md. Raw RESULTS H1 is only a title; the headline is taken from the RESULTS status paragraph. The mission's own quantitative guess for the planted-pair control failed and is retained as a failed prediction, not silently dropped.
