Open, theory phase only: the hunt is entitled to say nothing about Lambda_DH, the pre-registered crowding mechanism was never scored after the 2026-08-18 evaluation runs died on API 529 errors, and the one height-1e6 float-grade zero (y0=0.3583) is shallower than hunt #4's height-240 pair.

Guiding Question
Does the crowding shave vanish along a sequence of Davenport-Heilbronn zeros whose depth approaches Delta, so that sup t* = Delta^2/2 and the bracket 0.0576 < Lambda_DH <= 0.19242481458 collapses to a point, or does the shave stay bounded away from zero so the gap is real?
Method & Verification
A crowding model calibrated on hunt #4's nine landings (rms 0.54 percent) was left unadjudicated, a float64 Euler-Maclaurin screen at height 10^6 located one off-line zero, and an argument-principle control nested flagged windows as the inner abscissa moved from 0.85 to 0.55.

Editorial Notes
RESULTS.md exists to say there is no result. Artifacts are measured, unadjudicated, and unreviewed: the height-1e6 zero is float grade, the screen is not exhaustive, and the model extrapolation to depths near Delta remains an extrapolation from y0 <= 0.37. None of the five kill conditions was evaluated. Renumbered from #52 to #119 on 2026-09-12. Hunt #61's bracket is unchanged.
