Issue #21's table is confirmed cell for cell: the functional equation, a real Hardy-style Z, and having zeros on the critical line are each shared by 3 of 3 RH-violating rivals, while multiplicative and completely multiplicative coefficients are shared by 0 of 3, and the sixth property remains vacuous and expensive because the Epstein completed function at t=85.5 needs dps 60 against battery's cap of 20.

Guiding Question
For each of six claimed structural properties of zeta, does the property distinguish zeta from the RH-violating look-alikes of gate #3, or is it shared with them?
Method & Verification
A probe ran the five unpublished issue #21 properties end to end against Davenport-Heilbronn and both discriminant -23 Epstein zetas, with zeta as a positive control, and independently reproduced property 6 on two boxes preregistered at 53c8cd1 before any winding number.

Editorial Notes
Case-log status is settled for the five unpublished properties; the sixth was already settled by gate5_p6_a/b/c. Disposition maps to completed because the queued table is published and the price tag is measured. Grade is measured, not enclosure-supported: no enclosure carries any step.
