Kill condition 2 fires at prose grade: the out-of-band positivity is worth zero to any certificate whose positivity input is Weil's Hermitian form, because a positive-definite kernel has nonnegative transform so bandwidth one is forced, and what hunt #110 priced was the RH-conditional class.

Guiding Question
Is there an inertia or isolation argument, valid for a kernel signed only on alpha in (1, 1.5], that lets a finite certificate spend the BGSTB out-of-band positivity, and what unconditional simple-zero proportion does it deliver; or is 0.6725007 a ceiling for every certificate reading only that positivity?
Method & Verification
Dual kernels of the configuration LP were read off at matched grids, an edge lemma for real even spectral factors was proved, and a signed-window candidate died because an even autocorrelation is strictly positive just inside its support edge.

Editorial Notes
RESULTS.md grades the edge lemma and dichotomy as proved, the paper-compression structure as read, and the LP numbers as measured; nothing is kernel-checked. The composite headline is the ceiling, so the row grade is ordinary mathematical derivation. A strip of width 0.05 is inside method error; the wide strip from hunt #110 stays established at 3.5 times that error. Renumbered from #111 to #118 on 2026-09-06.
